Nice and easy to order but not understand why wait 2 or 3 days for a ease order of two pillows. You can make the order at the store or internet but the delivery or the order to slow for the completetion.

Nice place. You can order by phone. Need the items code. The showroom is very small. Don't show everything they have. The stores that they have in USA mainland are by far biggest than this one. Some of the items that are in the USA are not here. Even that you can find a lo of good stuff.

great store, service is good ,and merchandise arrives fast 2 days usually, picking up the merchandise is a totally different story in the best of the cases is a half hour to an hour wait, my Last time was 50 minutes , needs a lot of work in that area

Bought a pair of tires and it took them 1 hour and 15 minutes to give them to me. All while waiting they gave more than 9 costumers before me incomplete orders. Plus when people asked for an estimated waiting time they said they couldn't give one and that they could always come back another day. Haven't had this problem on other Ikeas

You can order products at the store and pickup (usually) next day, you can order on third website and it takes 3–5 business days. Backwards execution, right?

Ikea Escorial PR Employes are a disaster No comitment whit Company and not good way to atend costumers.

The costumer service must improve they seem busy all the time. The store has affordable artefacts and furniture to decorate your home and office. If you dont have credit card or bank account you can order directly to the store and pay cash.
