  They have improved a lot in terms of attention to the beneficiary. If you have an appointment they call you aside quickly and the wait is minimal. Practically at the time recorded in the appointment. Even when making an appointment online it is satisfactory since you choose yourself from the available days and times. I know because they helped me on one occasion, but from then on it became difficult for me since not all of us have the ability to manage appointments or documents online.
  We don't even know how to use Gmail and I think most of us don't pay attention on a daily basis, especially because we receive a lot of spam or simply because we deactivate notifications.
  Anyway... WE NEED TO RECEIVE APPOINTMENT LETTERS LIKE ALL LIFE. Or at least to those people who require it. And one last thing. Many people like to go very early so they can be served first and therefore be served better and faster. The point is that in the waiting places the sun directly affects them for more than an hour until they open the doors. As a suggestion, you should take into account letting them pass first with the condition of remaining silent and orderly.
  In both suggestions, elderly people should especially be taken into account.
