Ava Maria is 10 years old. One Sunday morning I sat watching her as she hummed as her little fingers twisted, sewed and created. This was nothing new, Ava had been doing this ever since she was old enough for her hands to follow her heart. On this Sunday morning I told her, "Ava, you have a talent, would you like to do something with that talent?" Ava replied, "sure"!

Welcome to our creation and our journey. For the past 7 months we have created a plush stuffed animal that is created and made here in the USA with only the best, sustainable materials. Eco-Wool, organic thread and hemp make up our flag-ship animal, a soft, cuddly lamb. Why? Because we stand for something.

Created to remind you (and those you love) of just how amazing, special, unique and imperfectly perfect you really are. Because this was a journey for us, I began documenting all I was learning (I had no idea how amazing wool was), more of a journal really. As a mother I did not want Ava to forget any of this amazing journey! That documentation has become our book, The Creation of Ava Maria Lambs. Our lambs symbolize the reconnection we all need in our lives. Connection with people, our clothing, our food, our animals, even our toys. We are about becoming....we are about the journey....we are about rejuvenating our own lives and all those lives and living things around us.
