  We only went to the restaurant and they have very good food. Also for kids they have some choices.

  Breakfast is good and room is carpeted and smelly but livable. No vegetarian options in the menu even though they assured us the opposite per mail beforehand. There is a spa but we didn't use it. The descent to the beach is quite difficult. Staff friendliness is completely unexistant. All in all, I can't recommend it, less so for the price.

  I don't know the hotel, but the restaurant is the best in the broad area. For years it keeps very high quality of service

  Fantastic place. I came here for my nieces wedding and stayed a few extra nights with my parents. If i was a regular guest, I'd probably avoid a weekend when there is a wedding, but thankfully those are booked well in advance, so it should be easy to avoid. Our party apparently booked the whole hotel (50-60 people).
  Rooms are super clean and very comfortable. The sea view room i had the first night was very modern. Due to a last minute decision to stay I and my parents had to later switch rooms to a little smaller with less "upscale" amenities, but still great.
  The service is very attentive and fast. The restaurant is top notch with great choice of food. We tried many dishes and not one was disappointing. I even went for a steak once. A great steak is usually hard to find outside of where I'm from, but they did not disappoint me...it was great!
  I'd definitely consider this place to be on the upscale side with a fair price to match. Great location (quite a steep walk to the beach though, which is fairly secluded), very modern, clean and comfortable, with fantastic service and great cook and kitchen.
  They need a bit better choices of wines and at least a couple choices of good single malt Scotch and it's perfect... But I'm nitpicking now, lol.
  Bottom line, i wholeheartedly recommend it.
  Oh, i didn't see a whole lot of children, but there is a little playground and good choices of food for them as well, so that shouldn't be a problem.
