They have good service and friendly and cooperative staff. Quality of their repair and maintenance service is standardized and monitored by the Suzuki officials. Their follow up to their customers is a good and unique feature. The only demerit in my opinion is that they are a bit expensive than the local market.

Its a good place for Suzuki cars routine maintenance but for any mechanical work its very costly. I have observed recently that they have to increase check and balance to to retain credibility.

Overall professional staff, some of the really good people have left but still I prefer going here. Though they are expensive (which most of the 3S are anyway) even for car wash but at least you know you won't have substandard maintenance.
