  This Facilitation Center totally defies the stereotype. Right now it is the best in Lahore, or perhaps in whole Pakistan. Tenfold better than Arfa Kareem and the one in Defence. Too bad you can't take up your driving test here for now.

  Wonderful experience.
  Staff is very friendly, cooperative & caring.
  I went there for Police Character certificate and it took me only 5 minutes to complete the process.
  They have revised new criteria for Police Character Certificate with less documents and no Attestation from gazetted office needed anymore.
  All you need is photocopy of Passport, ID Card, 1 picture, stamp paper affidavit and Character Certificate form filled by you.
  Charges are 350 pkr which includes TCS Courier fee.
  Delivery time is 3 days at postal address.
  Timings are very good from 8am to 8pm even during Ramzan.
  Highly Recommended.

  Went there for Police Character Certificate.
  
  The staff was ,surprisingly, very helpful.
  
  One of the very few govt offices where I had a good experience (job done in timely manner with minimal hassle)

  I visited the help center a year ago. All staff members were very cooperative, atmosphere was meat and clean. Senior citizens were given priority.
  I appriciate Punjab Police efforts to establish such center.
