Paramount Medical clinic is located near Taj Mahal banquet hall. Almost 100 of people come there for medical check-up. The attitude of security guards are really nice and helping. But I see only 5 people on daily complain 100 Clint's. The attitude of female sitting on cash desk is really bad. Specially the staff sitting on reception his attitude is really bad. Doctor is a nice and polite person and the nurse who get a collect a blood sample is also polite.
Reception staff force me to do urgent medical. For giving extra thousand. I feel they treat people like a traditional government department. But they collect a big fee for medical. Staff need to polite. -

The female staff is very rude. I asked the girl at the counter about the blood test charges and she just couldn't care to answer. You are told to take out the documents on the gate and there is no proper place to assemble your documents.

Owner is A Good person who has maintained A good Clinic and clean enviorment but the staff is very rude especially female staff.
Dear owner train you staff they will ruin your business people are nor happy with your center. Please dont ignore.iam also a business man i am advising u as a Friend -

At first, I was scared to read the comments of the people and did not know what kind of staff It would be. There are so many negative comments. But as the time came for my medical examination I found that those negative comments would be fine to some extent, as I did not see any such problem. All the staff was professional.They Very well-informed me of all the things that are needed for a medical. I returned very happy from the Medical Center and at the right time my report was also given to me. I am very thankful that my medical center was Paramount Medical Center. Keep it up the good work.

I came alone for medical on my way back I have to call my brother to pick me, guard said to me that use it outside the clinic not here go out, as I go out to call he lock the door and didn't open again I stand alone in front of clinic for 25 mins it was so embarrassing shame on your rules, at least you should show some respect for alone female customer

I have visited this centre twice baring one odd individual rest all staff is so arrogant and discurtious, starting from gate keeper, receptionist and other staff except the x Ray guy and one odd other individual. Everyone treat the costumers live their salaves and appears as you are not there for medical rather you are visiting a police station rather our police attitude is even better then employees of paramount medical centre, they extremely lake values and courtesy. It’s a bad news if you issued receipt in their name. Contrary to them I visited quest medical centre that’s also in close vicinity of it, I have real good memories to cherish of their staff behaviour and attitude, they were so polite, helping and civilised. I would recommend givin a choice paramount is only good to disgrace humanity with no values at all. My best wishes for them who end up there for their humiliation.

Worst experience with this medical clinic the receptionist doesn't know how to talk to customer she was acting like she was the owner of the clinic and was arguing with the payment as she said give me 13000 something thats including your embassy fee 1st of all medical firm has nothing to do with embassy then she said pay 7800 where the fee was 6800 but she kept on arguing after that she went to the so called owner and said him that he is not ready to pay 7800 on which the owner said then tell him if you not pay 7800 you will get your fitness report after eid where they have generated the report second day from the day they examined me this clinic should be reported to GAMGHA authorities to make sure they remove this clinic from their panel

it is good clinic and staff was polite. but they are manipulating results to blackmail general public. i am going to complain them in FIA, corruption cell, and middle east medical council. be prepare for legal action

Hi, starting from main gate, very rude gate keeper, I witnessed him pushing attendants, X-rays done for my brother they asked to repeat because he did not breathe in properly, that is the fault of technician to guide people, now repeat X-ray with extra fee is beindog done , I wanted to lodge complain, gate keeper said our top management does not want to see you or cater any complaints, please leave , with a threatening note , it seems you don't wanna do medical.
It was a very harassing experience, the top management should take needful action on urgent basis, and deploy user friendly staff as people come here from distant places, they should not be humiliated.
Looking forward to see a positive response. -

Worst ever service. Looters actually. Fee of medical test is 7500 & they are charging 8500 and making stories that system isn't working so by paying 1000 they are doing some magic with system. Just imagine this scam if everyday they are dealing with 30 applicant so they are getting 30,000 extra. This is a scam. Beside this their services is extremely pathetic. Mostly poor labor guys are going so they are dealing them as animals. Forcefully powered off all mobiles of applicant so nobody make a video or audio of their bad services & looting. If you ask receipt of 8500 they reluctant to provide. Should be removed from GAMCA list from Lahore.
