Islamabad branch has always had amazing customer service and really helpful staff. However, I was pressed for time so I had to go to the Rwp branch today and I'm so disappointed. The dude there had a don't care attitude, I'm not sure what he thinks but he's really damaging the reputation that islamabad worked so hard to build. I'm probably gonna look for another shop in Rwp now

The store is Immaculate, equipped with vast array of instruments, and the environment is warm and welcoming. The staff is very cooperative and trained. I ended up buying a PR60, a prs style guitar made by Hi Volts itself. Phenomenal quality I must say, and easy on your Bank Account. The Staff even made adjustments to the guitar before handing it over. Do give this store a try.

Great environment. They've got a variety of instruments , and accessories. They offer classes for music as well. Customer service is great. They also have band merchandise for most well recognized rock and metal bands. ( Linkin Park , Metallica , Pink Floyd , etc )
