  The place has OK doctors but the staff working their is extremely rude. Not all of them, but most are. Every hospital has to run its operations because it's a commercial place and nobody has any sympathies for anybody, but when you are paying according to their demands you deserve polite tones and promptness or should one call it readiness and attentiveness towards the patient. I guess it's just another hospital of Pakistan nothing special about it or anything that makes you think it's a great place for healthcare. OPDs are just fine, no top ranking doctors except Shaheen Zafar sits their, I don't know her as I never met her for any patient or medical case per her expertise. I've heard that the owners are extremely generous but I never met them and administrative staff running the hospital is not praise worthy in any aspect.

  very very bad services admin.......admin nay bht ziyada misbehave kiya hai.kiya isi trha hota hai har patient kay saath.....Pakistan Medical Association” means the Pakistan Medical Association, a society registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860 (XXI of 1860);
  (7) Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law, the Commission may–
  
  (a) on a complaint by any aggrieved person; or
  
  (b) on a complaint by any aggrieved healthcare service provider;

  Both of my kids were born here, nine years apart. Administration here was great each of those times. We went to agha khan for some post natal issues as it is near our home) and believe me, we had to shift back to Atia due to the lethargic, iresponsible and insensitive attitude of AKUH staff and doctors alike.
  Gratitude extended to Dr Sher Shah, Dr Shaheen Zafar, Dr Talat and all the staff and administration working at Atia Hospital and SIRM.

  Very poor service, we had been there and all they did was to give loads of drips and injection just to give quick relief and all the prescribed medicine were way too expensive. Due to unstable condition we went to another consultant and we got to know that their diagnosis was entirely wrong and there were no need of that heavy medication.
