Delayed service; took a very long time to cook our food, and even the billing to payment.
The food was great. We ate as a party of four and only spent roughly P400 each, as we binged on food recommended by Davao City friends, but the service can use a bit more improvement. Overall experience was not so bad and would still go back for the Pinangat and the Pak Fry Tuna.
I haven't experience any struggles eating here. The food offered is a lil bit pricey but it's ok.
After more than 2 years in Davao, it's my first time to try this place with my Boss. Sadly, the customer service that we had will not entice me to go back. To the Management, your people needs motivation. They must've been over worked and too tired to exercise basic customer service. Hope you can improve.
Yellow Fin Tuna establishments are well known to all resident's of Davao City, this chain known for serving local food the way the locals like it at reasonable prices. Tuna of course which is a local delicacy but also other fish dishes, chicken beef and pork.
You could do worse than visit this place, the food is properly prepared and presented as well as appetising, and the place is well kept and clean.
This particular restaurant is at the back of the Jetti Gas Station.
