Stayed overnight for a Seminar. The best thing about this place are the (some) staff, specious room and the 7/11 store located at the GF.

The hotel had no electricity when I arrived. Free breakfast food was okay but the ones provided during the seminar were cold (even the coffee).

I may try to stay again out of necessity but hopefully I’d have a better experience.

Shuttle transport from airport to hotel was really dissappointing. Called the hotel for pickup and it never came so we took the taxi to the hotel which was like a 5 minute drive. We asked the workers who greeted us and was told the shuttle was only available in the morning but when we called the hotel from the airport we were told that it was on its way. It seems like some staff workers do not even know the actual schedule for it. Other than the room is okay but the bathroom is dirty. The cups provided in the bathroom looks unwashed and the shower is very confusing to use. You cannot control the heat of the water as well, the temperature goes from cool to scalding hot. The buffet is also dissappointing, the food wasn't warm, the options are really small, and the food seems like its leftovers from the night before. Honestly the entrance screams high quality but in reality its very below average.

Lobby is clean and relaxing. Buffet breakfast has good variety (lots of Korean options for the vast Korean visitors they have). Rooms are spacious and bed comfortable. I just dont fancy the look of the room doors, the small shower area in the bathroom, and no reception to welcome you in the swimming pool area.

We had an whole day event in the emerald event hall and it was alright for the first few hours. Then one of my classmates noticed something small moving about on the floor, it was a small mouse about 2-3 inches long. I presume it was very young judging by it's size but still it's kind of a health hazard to have rats in the premises. I also assume that there are many more mice because it looked very young and it's parents are probably still in the hotel. Even though almost a hundred people in the event hall noticed the mouse the hotel staff didn't do anything and it kept hopping around for a few hours till one of our teachers grabbed it with a tissue and disposed of it. While the mouse did raise concerns about the hotel's hygiene the facilities were great the interior design was good and the food was delicious. If not for the mouse I would have given it 5 stars

The rooms are great especially if you will be assigned in a newly renovated one. The lobby looks really good. The staff are very accommodating. Amenities are also good. Food was also nice because they serve Filipino dishes (e.g. grilled).

It's just quite far from other hotels but it is perfect for those needing accommodation near the Clark International Airport. It's also near from the duty free supermarkets.

The rooms are quite spacious and the pool area is cool! The high-ceilinged main atrium would surprise you if its your first time to enter the hotel building.

Horrible breakfast. No decent vegetarian options. Not recommended for more than a night's stay

I wanted to rate this hotel 5 stars because the facilities I used served me well and pleased me, but I've observed areas I didn't use that require further improvement.
Why 5 stars? The lobby is grandiose. It's beautiful. It has two lounges, two restaurants and is spacious. The room is clean. The bed is firm and the pillows are fluffy. The bathroom is clean as well. It has rain and side shower heads. There is indoor basement parking for guest which is very convenient as it rained a lot when we visited. The buffet is good enough. It offers steamed rice, turmeric rice, tocino, fried fish, sautéed beans, and hotdogs wrapped in bacon. It also offers congee (porridge), soup, egg station, breads, cereals, dessert, powdered juices, and fresh fruits.

    The areas for improvement follow
    - the corridors must have some lighting during day time and not only at night time as its a bit dark even when the sun is brightly shining outside
-the corridors especially those that do not have windows must be dehumidified as I can smell a hint mildew
    - the tiles at the pool area must be made more attractive as they look unclean even though they aren't due to their color and plain design.
    - the kitchen that can be viewed when going to the pool also doesn't look clean and is disorganized. Food items must be kept orderly. Work tasks must be segmented. Workers must constantly clean the area. Kitchens are important to guests even if they don't see them often.
    - the first floor going to 7-11 also look so unattractive as if it's in an old, unmaintained building.

Room is spacious, good air-conditioning and quiet atmosphere. Food is a standout. Staff is very courteous and makes you feel at home. 5-minutes walk from the nearest Puregold branch and minutes away from Clark International Airport.
