  I wasn't a big fan of the food offered here. The drinks and location are great. The bathroom required a walk through a kid's bedroom which was very awkward.

  Great service and very nice staff. Deluxe room was very spacious and bed was comfy. The breakfast was about average but tasty. Downsides: the pool was under construction and internet was unreliable plus towels were old.

  We had a family reunion and booked 7 rooms for 3-4 nights. Upon arrival, the faucet had broken off and there was a terrible smell in the room. The air conditioning units are quite old and dirty. I'm sure there is mold festering throughout. Room and patio area are spacious. The pool is currently under construction and they continue to saw, drill and make noise past 10pm! And continued even after we called down to the front desk. Phone to call the front desk didn't always work either. Despite all of this, the staff was great and did their best to manage all the problems. I hope the management steps up their game because the location of this resort is great and it would be a waste of space to occupy a great location with terrible facilities.

  Rooms are OK. Service could be better with staff training in customer service because smiles are a rarity. Free breakfast was lousy - food was too greasy and they microwave the bread, which turns it either too hard or too soft. I asked them about it and they said they didn't have a toaster. Go figure. The safe in my room was super old and failed twice on me, locking my stuff despite having the right combo. But at least the property is right at the beach so the views are excellent.

  Almost disappointed when we checked in to this hotel. They were on the process of renovating thier resort. Our room looks like a cheap hotel. Swiming pool under renovation. But they let us transfer to a bigger room which compensate our stay there. We will come back here again soon. Hoping that they're finished renovating.

  Located at Station 1 of the Boracay island. This resort has a great and accommodating staff. Which aslo have a swimming pool facing the beach area. At night the party never stops as we enjoy our vacay! 👍👌🏻🏊

  Location is a bit off.
  
  The place is alright. There is direct access to the beach through the restaurant. The food in the restaurant is awesome, definitely must try the grilled ribs and kimchi fried rice. During happy hour (7am-7pm) drinks are just P100 each. Breakfast food is Filipino food, which I didn't quite like (my preference).
  
  Now as a hotel, this place is not quite there yet. The beds are small and in the morning, there is no water in the bathroom (no water FFS!!). However, the staff here is cool and helpful. I'd give 3 stars.
