The hotel is located in an area where is far from the main road which makes it a less noisy hotel. The lobby was quite small. However, the staff were good in dealing their customers. The room was quite tight. The bathroom was tight as well. the water supply and pressure was excellent. The WiFi was fast as they gave very much importance in their WiFi connectivity. There are also convenience stores and restaurants, just be careful when going there at night because there may be drunk people who could harm you. I recommend this hotel for people who are only staying a few days in Cebu. the rates are also affordable.

I went to this hotel when it was still newer and loved it, but when I came back after 3 years the place have aged a little. Breakfast was really good and overall stay for 3 nights was great. However, I requested a hairdryer but it never came. Still would recommend this place though!

Stayed for 4 nights. Friendly staff (receptionist, housekeeping and waiters). Fast check-in and check-out. Buffet breakfast is okay and food at the Roofdeck Resto is quite good. Daily supply of toiletries and free wmineral water, change of towels and cleaning of our room. WIFI is strong at Rm 404. Will definitely stay here when in Cebu and will recommend to friends.

Room was ok but bathroom looks old. I can hear the people cleaning the other room while I'm working on my research. Wifi is not good. I used my data. It was way better than the hotel's wifi. Pool is small and for kids only but was not a problem for me.

The room has a small ref, safe, table and a chair, coffee and tea maker, cable TV. The aircon was very noisy. Every time I call someone on the phone, I need to turn it off.

I stayed in their Standard room.

Clean and well kept room. Staff are accommodating. Very close to shopping center and hotel has free shuttle to Ayala Center. Towels and hand towels need to be changed though.

Staffs are friendly. Room is like in a five-star rated hotel as well as the service.

Recommendations: Rooms are slightly dim, more lights.

Over all: One of the best and the cheapest hotel we have stayed over! Kudos!

"A true sample of Excellent Hospitality"
- Accommodation is merely defined as a building meant for short time or long time stay , however Wellcome Hotel is not just an edifice to stay for a night . I may define it as a place to stay, to enjoy and to feel the true essence of Hospitality. I believe there are lots of places to stay for a night however only few are considered to be a "a place for accommodation". Accommodation is when you were able to stay with quality service. If you will stay in this Hotel , you would really feel the ambiance of being in a home away from home. What I love here is the cozy ambiance, and the warmth of it's people. The staffs are really accommodating. The rooms are clean and wifi accessed. Housekeeping staffs are just a one call away, Front Desk receptionists are attentive, respectful , helpful and a know it all. Thinking for a city tour? This hotel may give you a perfect itinerary to venture Cebu City's perfect places from Historical landmarks, and so on. If you want to go for a shopping, then they may have a free drop off to the nearest mall which is Ayala. I really recommend this hotel, especially for "Budget Travelers" . You pay for a lesser rate but the quality of service is not sacrificed. That's the principle of "Reasonable price with Quality Service". I hope to visit again Wellcome Hotel. To the Management and to the Staffs, you really flaunted it.
