This resort has a great view and decent amenities such as the swimming pool, kayaking, jetski rentals and more of the sort. The crew also gives quality service to the guests. However the quality of the facilities can be seen with damage, thos of which appearing like wear and tear over time.

Staff is polite and courteous. Room is clean. They serve buffet for all their meals. They will bring you to Vitalis Villas for free as long as you are booked here.

Very disappointing the moment we set foot at the lobby. Filthy floors, flies all over the lobby and dead spiders on the wall. The weather was humid and yet we were told the fans were not working. Also, this hotel is not recommended for people with mobility problems due to the absence of ramp and elevators. Then the deluxe rooms assigned to us had broken cabinet doors and shelves in the bathroom and no phone in one of the rooms. I would say it is not worth the money I paid for this hotel. The pictures on the website is not what it is in actuality. We requested if they can just offset the down payment and apply it towards Vitalis Villas since it's under the same company but the front desk clerk said no . With the help of a friend from Vitalis Villas, we were able to transfer to Vitalis Villas even though we had to pay a lot for the private villa and Vitalis Villas agreed to offset our down payment .

Take note, Vitallis Resort and Spa is different from Vitallis Suites so check your bookings carefully. So we stayed here at the Resort & Spa just for 1 night as our pit stop before going to Vigan. The place is old, value for money for the room is pretty expensive. Better check-in somewhere else. Food? Their Laing is a mashed eggplant so that's a surprise, else nothing special especially when you need to wait for at least more than an hour and almost die of hunger before your orders arrive. This resort needs a NEW F&D Manager. Staffs are friendly, but overall resort experience is the usual, not worth it. Resort impression, nah.not going back here. Maybe will try the Suites when there's a price promo just not to dissapoint again.

Good service by the staff tho some were in training. However, with the right attitude all enjoyed the resort. Any problems or personal requests were negotiated with respect and friendlyness. I would visit again with my young family.

On December 29, 2015, we stayed for one night in the family suite. Since it cost approximately USD233 for a group of 5 persons we expected at least 4-star service. Sadly the outcome was way below expectations. 1) The room was worn down; 2) The bathroom was small and uncomfortable; 3) The shower was not working properly and the faucet came off the wall; 4) No remote control for the TV and no hair dryer in the room; 5) At 5 p.m. we requested for shower and faucet to be fixed but no service arrived after one follow up. Finally at 9 p.m. my wife personally went down to the front desk and learned that no housekeeping staff were available. A FIRST CLASS RESORT WITH NO HOUSEKEEPING STAFF AT 5 P.M.???? 6) The beach is OK but the pool is small. 7) Food at breakfast buffet was cold, choices limited, and refill service was slow. Not worth the money at all. We suggest you go elsewhere.
