We had some difficulty getting to try this place because they were closed two days in a row on the weekends but finally the third time was a charm and they did not disappoint. The food was excellent and the price was fair. Chicken curry was delicious, pancit bihon was tasty and pork adobo was yummy.

Amazing vibes, unique decoration and very low prices! That’s some of the things that you can find in this place!
They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, the food in overall is pretty good, and the staff is very friendly!
If your around the area and your looking for good food for fair prices this is your place but if your looking for a quick bite or if your in a rush not recommended, they take a little bit longer than usual to serve the food!

What a beautiful find this place is. I was staying at the Chillax Flashpackers across the road and stumbled across Vilus Barefoot Restaurant. They serve authentic Filipino cuisine. Its like a beautiful treehouse out of a fairytale. So much character! And very peaceful. There are two levels you can sit in, the top level has a herb garden at the back where they pick fresh herbs to put into the dishes. I ordered the banana peanut shake which was delicious but a tiny bit grainy from the peanuts. Ordered rice and chicken curry which was delicious. My friend and I loved it so much we came back the next day to have lunch! If you are in the Diniwid beach area, you must come here!
