VILLA ANTOLIN GUEST POLICY
Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Villa Antolin Hotel & Restaurant. Below are our hotel policies and procedures; read them carefully. As our hotel guests, by reading and signing this document at check-in or by booking a reservation, you are agreeing to abide by our hotel policies and procedures.
CHECK-IN
Check-in time is any time after 1pm. If you arrive earlier we will be pleased to store your luggage until your room is ready. Villa Antolin and its staff is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Villa Antolin will make every effort to honor special requests (such as a specific floor or room number, extra beds, etc.) upon your arrival. However, the availability of these items cannot be guaranteed in advance. Parking is available for guests and limited to a first come first serve basis. Villa Antolin does is not responsible for any type of vehicle damage that may occur before, during, and after your stay.
CHECK-OUT
Check-out is at 12pm. If you require a later check-out, please let our front desk know before 8am on the day of departure, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, but is not guaranteed. We will be happy to store their belongings after 12pm at no additional charge. Villa Antolin and its staff is not responsible for any lost items.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All hotel room reservations have a 72-hour cancellation policy unless otherwise noted. Any changes on packages or rates to your reservation must be done 72 hours prior to your arrival date. Reservations that are not canceled within 72-hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of their full reservation costs. (IE: 3 nights at php 6,000. Cancellation fee is php 3,000)
PET POLICIES
Dogs & Cats are welcomed as guests. Guest must notify our reservations specialists 24 hours prior to their arrival date. Guests must present a valid rabies vaccination card or certificate for each pet. Pets with no documentation will not be allowed in Villa Antolin’s property. Guests with pets are expected to follow and adhere to the Republic Act No. 9482, “Anti-Rabies Act of 2007”. The cost for each pet is php 200.00 per pet. “Service animals” are welcome with no cost, with proper documentation.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
Guest must be 18 years or older to check in without a parent or legal guardian.
MINOR POLICY
For safety purposes children under the age of 13 are not allowed to roam the hotel property without supervision from an adult 18+ years old.
SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is prohibited in all public areas of the hotel and in all hotel rooms, including rooms with a balcony (a php 5,000.00 fine will be applied for smoking in a non-smoking room.) Smoking is allowed outside the hotel property.
IN-ROOM COOKING
For fire safety purposes, cooking or to heat food inside hotel rooms are strictly prohibited. This includes usage of rice cookers, propane gas, grills, turbo cookers, induction cooktops, or any kitchen appliance. Violating this policy will result in a php 10,000 fee in addition to any replacement cost and/or repairs to the hotel property. Villa Antolin offers services to take care of your needs. Please see our front desk to inquire about food services.
PEACEFUL ENVIRONMENT POLICY
Villa Antolin enforces a peaceful environment to ensure we can protect our guests, the hotel and staff always. In the event of a disturbance one warning will be given. We expect our guests to treat our staff and other guests with dignity and respect. Villa Antolin reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason. A NO IN-ROOM PARTY POLICY is also enforced. One warning will be issued by a staff member. If this warning is not followed, the guest will forfeit 100% of their paid reservation cost, fees, services and must leave the hotel immediately, regardless of the date and time.
