  One of the most expansive bus terminal I have seen but next to the cool and up-to-date Ceres terminal in Bacolod. Clean buses but some needs updating. Don't trist when Google dictates running time. It is way off in reality in the Philippines.

  Facility? Not that good..chair's are broken. Store inside the terminal are overpricing the goods and snack they selling..

  Cubao, pasay, caloocan bound buses here. They also have ordinary buses going to baguio. a good option if you can't find a seat at manila terminals.

  Dagupan to Manila 6 hours? Seriously? 7am ako sumakay and knowing that it is too early, I would be able to catch my 3pm flight on time. Pero no. 1:15pm na at nasa EDSA parin. I know "you move people safer" pero you have passengers who wake up so early to catch up on their appointments and despite that, yung bagal ng takbo ng bus lang pala magiging cause of delay. Please do something to improve on this. It already caused my flight, time, money and effort.

  The terminal is clean and safe with Guards on vicinity. Safe even at night. The comfort room is not that well maintained.
