  Drivers and staff are expectedly accommodating and friendly.
  Wifi service for buses are great for most part of the trip. The signal tends to weaken in the urban and mountainous areas.
  
  The need to assist passengers (esp. youngsters, elderly, pregnant, and differently-abled individuals) should be considered. Platforms are very much welcome.
  The waiting area for passengers could need a remodeling; perhaps, the whole area also needs an update.
  
  All buses should have CRs. Deluxe and first class buses should have scheduled (fixed) hours (should not wait for the arrival of buses from Tuguegarao or Manila) i mean, come on its Santiago City. Besides, most people will choose comfortable seats, even if costs extra cash, when traveling.
  The terminal has so much potential.
