  the place is clean & the staff are wonderful but the hotel is not accessible to shopping malls. you still need to ride a cab/taxi & it's difficult to get one unless u have a grab/uber app in your phone

  As always workers and staff are so friendly and smiling not frowning. I love the good vibes of the people working there. I've stayed 4x now and will always stay at this hotel everytime I need a place to stay in Manila because they serve with a smile and with their hearts. Btw, it's very clean and just really perfect for me. Keep it up! Misty Kazwell😘

  The hotel is just amazing ..the staff are very nice and very accommodating.. the Front office team are very pleasant and welcoming including the security..but the GSA : chello is the best ..

  The Staff are very Good , from the doorman , front desk to housekeeper. They give quality service and I am pretty satisfied.

  An absolute hidden gem in the heart of Manila. Right from the doorman, receptionist to the room service the personnel here are professional, smartly attired and know how to treat the guests right. The rooms are spacious enough with personal digi locker, flat TV, mini fridge, writing desk, AC etc.. and a good bathroom. A nice touch is the wall clock in each room that comes in handy for travellers. For an additional PHP 150 pp you can get a decent breakfast that is presented surprisingly well. The interiors are spotless and the building has character, not the regular cookie cutter.
  
  Ignore the neighbourhood which is more of a working class. However its proximity to the airport helps and a 24 hour mini mart next door is a plus. Only downside is that there are no elevators, but you need to climb only a flight of stairs or two.

  good and reasonable price accommodation.Suggest to pre-book to avoid disappointment. premises are clean and can accommodate up to 10 people in a dorm style.
  free slow wifi, with basic cultury utensils available.
  with a convenience store next door for food and daily essentials.
  
  However they need to improve their sound proofing of the rooms.
  Bathrooms needs improvement as the frosted glass does not provide any privacy. bathrooms for ladies to include locks for better security.
  suggest to swap the ladies and men toilet cubicles for privacy.

  The hotel is on a busy side street. But it's really a gem. Inside is nicely decorated. The staff are really excellent. We did a late walk in so I think the price was a little higher. If you can book earlier it's cheaper. The rooms are cozy and inviting. The shower pressure was great. A lot of amenities for the bathroom. Including slippers. Very nice and quiet in the back rooms. Will definitely recommend.
