United Parens Manufacturing Corporation (UPMC) is a privately-owned company whose primary purpose is "to engage in, operate, conduct, and maintain the business of buying, acquiring, manufacturing, assembling, producing, and selling of any metal products." The stockholders decided to put up the company with the goal of supporting all the metal product requirements of the progressive automotive, construction, and electronic industries today. Mr. Romeo H. Patawaran, Sr., president of the company, together with it chairman, Mr. Noel B.
