Please add more cashier and check-out stations, especially during peak hours. Supervisors must be readily available when cashiers call them. Sometimes the long line is due to the wait for supervisor to approach the cashier.

A place to get groceries and other home stuff at mostly more affordable prices--an alternative to mall-based supermarts. Warning: Parking not available. You have to find a spot in the nearby side streets. Trikes do abound though, or you can walk. :)

Small town grocery store. Strict security, you can't bring your bags inside. They check your receipt when you exit. You can buy your basic necessities here at a good price.

It's very good that they have cheaper products here but the customer service could be a lot better.
They also have a lot of counters but I've only seen few of them working at a time. It would be more convenient for everyone if they put cashiers on all the counters to assist the customers.

This grocery stop has a bit of everything at lower prices than the supermarkets at the malls. Their cashiers need more training, though, as they are too slow in processing payments at the check out. The management needs to improve their credit card payment processing as it could be very painful. What could be processed in two mins could take up to 15mins. Quite frustrating when you're in a hurry.

So many bad experiences at this supermarket. Especially with untrained staff!
