They also offer free coffee or juice while waiting in the lounge. A play place is available for kids. You can also enjoy watching tv or videos in the lounge. You can also view the vehicles while undergoing maintenance inside the lounge.

HORRIBLE experience, and probably the worst Toyota shop in Luzon. My dad had an appointment today at 10am, and he was there at the said time. According to the receipt, the PIC only needed to do the following:
1. Warranty evaluation;
2. Check alarm horn (as it was malfunctioning), and
3. Conduct a road test together with the client.
According to Toyota services, it would only take a little above an hour to complete the repair. However, he had to stay from 10am till 7pm. The PIC even requested to leave the car there for a day; my father disagreed for he has been there for 7 hours already (until 5pm).
My dad waited there for 9 hours - nobody warned him that it would take his whole day. At least have the decency to do so. And what's up with your 9-hour repair? You only had to do three things, and it took you that long? This is disappointing.
