Customer service is super poor, agents have been telling that they can deliver in 2 to 3 weeks for an Altis, but it took 3 months and 11 days. Release of car was excruciatingly long... 3 hours to wait! Overall customer service was lousy and really needs a revamp to please clients for a speedy and easy purchase of unit. I wouldn't recommend this dealership at all.
