  super crowded as in!! super crowded! it became a small place specially the grocery place. its just so crowded but overall not to bad but it aint that good. better to visit your self. never go within night time it would be so hard to get a taxi so go by the time the store opens

  The store has much to offer. You can find many of the more popular clothing and shoe brands here. Also furniture and appliances, beauty and hygiene amenities, groceries, cellphones and gadgets. Compared to other stores especially big stores such as SM, this store has cheaper prices. Sometimes, they even have a much wider range for certain products. There's just one problem... they don't have parking space.

  Tiong San indeed has mid-range prices for their furniture, which makes it more affordable. However, based on experience, I bought a dining table that when delivered upon checking all chairs, 4 were returned with damages. When new batch of chairs were delivered, one again was with damage. I told Tiong San about it and they responded those chairs were new and they only do one time replacement. Then, it got me into checking all parts and realized that some parts are not well-made, so in buying try checking everything, as in everything, try checking “under” and those will be an indication if quality is good. Like in buying a jacket, you check in and out. For manufacturer that values the quality of his/her product, he/she makes sure that in and out of that jacket is well-made and not just focus on some parts. Now, another disappointment, the bunk bed, exterior is really good. Problem: The ones on top (the ones holding the bed) are not solid wood, they’re plyboard, which means I need to put plywood to make it work for long term. The ones down are thankfully solid wood. I failed to check under of that upper bed when buying, so when delivered and assembled that’s the only time I saw that. Lesson learned again, CHECK EVERYTHING IN AND OUT, ABOVE AND UNDER, AS IN EVERYTHING so you know which one you can tolerate, and if you want to spend your money on such quality. I failed to do that and learned from it, and not be doing the same mistake again. I guess I have to go around more and check other furniture stores with quality and affordable prices.

  Supermarket and department store combined. Low price versus other supermarkets. Downside is there is no parking for car and the mall is crammed. If you're going to get your grocery here be sure to come early as this place held long lines when paying out.

  great price but you pay it with lost of convinience, they adapted and changed thier cashier position many times but line still long, but again long line might suggest a huge lotal customer..suggest to have all thier cashier with EFT...

  Tiongsan have great prices comparing other malls but your service needs really to be upgraded as always I experience late delivery of my item and time is very much important to me... Also you don't have a hotline for service concerns

  Tiong San Harrison is where you can find what I believe to be the most affordable supermarket that's also located at the center of the city. If you are a frequent shopper for pantry essentials, this is the place to go. Just expect the area to be crowded and hot due to all the people frequenting the place.
