The Great Provider Training Center of Northern Luzon, Inc. was established and approved by Securities and Exchange Commission on March 15, 2011 by its founder and President Erlinda B. Wenceslao. Her incorporators are namely: Elpidio S. Wenceslao as Vice President, and Corporate Secretary; Edelyn C. Wenceslao, Arnel Bautista, Alicia B. Correa.

The purposes for which such association is incorporated are: To establish and operate an educational institution which shall provide courses of study in technical-vocational education and training, and post-secondary non degree education subject to the laws of the Philippines; To establish trainings in other municipality/ies in Northern Luzon as resources and favorable circumstances may warrant.

With this purpose, the founder and President of The Great Provider Training Center of Northern Luzon, Inc. has decided to amend the name to The Great Provider Educational Center of Northern Luzon, Inc. and was approved by SEC last October 27, 2011 so we can offer more educational services which we deem, can cater to all the needs of technical courses and in the future, to offer degree courses.

Our 2-Storey educational center is located at National Highway, Bautista, Caba, La union, Philippines.

Courses offered now are: 1. Hilot Wellness Massage NCII, 2. Massage Therapy NCII, 3. Beauty Care NCII, 4. Hairdressing NCII which are all Accredited by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).

With our initiative to give more help in terms of education to all students willing to undergo trainings to gain more knowledge, we have entered into an Agreement with Engr. Jose B. Meim, HSE Senior Training Specialist, an Independent Authorized Training Provider of OSHAcademy of Portland, Oregon, USA, who was given the authority to use OSHAcademy training materials to conduct /quality classroom trainings, administer exam and/or promote training for all current OSHAcademy Courses and Certificate Programs within the geographical region(s) of the Philippines.

With this tie-up, The Great Provider Educational Center of Northern Luzon, Inc. has applied for another license which was approved and registered under the name Great Provider Training Center.

We will conduct trainings on Occupational Safety and Health. All modules/materials will be provided by the OSHAcademy and that upon completion of such Trainings with the required time frame, an International Certificate from the OSHAcademy will be issued. With these certificates, this will enable the trainees to apply for a greener pasture and with highly compensated salaries here and abroad.

And with our additional license, we will still be working harder to tie-up with other training schools so we can offer more courses/trainings that will be useful/helpful to our growing demands in the future worldwide.
