  I'm checked in the Hostel (an airconditioned room for 8 persons) right now, and it has been excellent so far.
  They have lockers available for each guest...
  They also have fast wifi.

  Just checked-in to this hostel. The place is warm and cozy you will forget you're in the middle of the bustling city. Located just across Century Plaza Hotel, you will be greeted by its friendly staff at the cafe bar and restaurant before they will usher you to the reception area of the hostel. For Php395/night, you will only get a bed and a pillow. To have a towel and a blanket, you need to pay extra Php50 for each item. Each room has 4 bunk beds and large enough for 8 persons.
  The restaurant offers local and foreign cuisines. Their breakfast meals cost only Php95.
