Apaka attitude ng staff, feeling entitled wala man lang sense of responsibility! Especially the old lady at the first window. Di man lang approachable more chika pa mga staff. I received a text message that I can pick up my philsys ID at this office but to my surprise they forwarded my ID to PSA makati without informing me. Apaka pahirap nyo sa tao RT!

For others looking for the Taguig Central Post Office, this is it. They don't write an address on the notice slip they mail to you. And the post office government site doesn't have a complete address. Only: "Lower Bicutan, Taguig"

Service is very slow. Just staring at an empty window without any ventilation while they run many other errands before getting the package.

They only accept cash. There's an ATM in the 711 up the road.

If you want to meet the worst people. You are in the right direction.People working here is so entitled. They will look down on you as much as possible especially the one in the windows. Rude old lady and the women with a ton of makeup, even the postmaster. Talking while on the phone. Nice ethics. Godbless your soul.👎👎👎👎👎

The package was delivered quickly, the staff were friendly. Maybe because I'm a foreigner? I paid 112 pesos - for which I don't know, but it didn't matter, because I was really looking forward to this package. The downside is that there are no doors and all the noise from the street. .. I could not hear what the employees were asking me because of the loud noise on the streets.

Really late delivery; only select days when you can claim your parcel. The place is a dump inside basically. If the package I received wasn't put in a tough box, it would have been damaged from poor handling.

Edit: Their services have improved. Processing time is now quicker than ever.

Very slow process of tracking down your reference details and searching for your parcel. Non of the tel numbers are working. Nobody response to an email. I took my chances to come here to inquire since that my online tracker says it's been delivered to a local post office in the Phillipines. Be prepared to pay 112 for handling fee!!
I was shocked to see the conditions of all the parcels been stocked up together as if they're building a wall during the war!!

Customs officer is shared between two cities and everything is tossed about without much care. It's a good thing I went there a day early before the customs officer was there so they would be ready for my parcel.

Takes more than a month to send you a notice that your package is ready for pick up. Extremely poor service.
