  The old municipal hall is still open for processing documents. One is getting property tax certificate/cedula which is now fast and easy to obtain. You’ll have to encode your information in the computer and you will be given a number then go to the window to pay after validating your information then viola, printed cedula in less than a minute.
  
  I only hope they have a functional website where they publish what processes or documents can be obtained from the old and the new municipal hall.

  FYI: work hrs are 7am to 4pm.
  
  I went here to pay my property tax and the staff are super kind and very helpful. It’s so refreshing to experience this kind of service from government employees.

  Since I am indigent because i am pwd. I visited Taguig City Hall. I was surprised by the difference of the experience i've had with this agency compared to the previous years when i only visited the place for some certificates or papers needed in work and life.
  
  Efficient and world class service.

  Ps. I was even given a spiritual counsel after submitting requirements for my benefit and speedy recovery.

  Absolute chaos. Taguig city hall has moved next to Grace Mall. There are no signs at the old city hall informing you of the move. No parking at new city hall. Taguig website does not work so you are forced to pay in person. Hundreds of people waiting hours to pay taxes. No mandate to where masks. A super spreader location. Watch the covid numbers for taguig in 2024. The ticketing system broke down, so numerous city hall workers had to shout out numbers. Paying my property tax in mandaluyong takes 5 minutes. In taguig, it took 1.5 hrs

  Love the cedula computer input. But lines are long. Not much space to move around. Payment is cash only. No website to preregister to transactions. A little bit disorganized. I think we need an extra building.

  Typical government office... cramped, dimmed lights, no parking space (most of their public vehicles are parked outside the roads which makes the street a lot narrower), manual system (c'mon guys its 2018 and we still don't have a computerized system), and going in and out to the city hall is just a plain hassle.

  Always traffic. Vehicle flow should be improved. Too many traffic marshals but nothing happens. Very steep road with lots of tricycles parked on the side of the road. They should not allow it as the road is very tight and congested. Wake up Mayor!
