  The staff here are lovely and friendly, the buffet breakfast was of a good quality and the accommodation facilities were good. This hotel is very good value for money, especially considering this is right on the beach

  Spent 6 days at sur...nice service, friendly staff.....and the breakfast?? Buffet baby! Buffet.. Will definitely go back at sur

  Not recommended!!
  Booked 7 nights and did not have any shower water . Staffs only response was “sorry”.
  We Asked for a refund and was told out booking was non refundable, which we agreed to when making the reservation. We then explained we agreed to the reservation contract which included showers, the response was “sorry..
  
  Apart from that the location is good at the quieter end of the beach with beach side access and 10minutes walk to the main town.

  good place to relax!
  
  after taking the first challenge to book the rooms 6 weeks before our vacation starts we had a transfer of more than 4hours from caticlan airport to sur beach resort with southwest. the welcome process at the hotel and occupay the rooms was well organized. we stayed there for one week in a group of seven. the rooms are clean and the staff is very supportive. the breakfast and quality of the kitchen is very good with a broad portfolio menu card.
  from our point of view the price is fair and the location of the hotel is perfect for station one (except at the neighbour hotel organizes a party - then it could be very loud and rude). otherwise there are a lot of several activities you can start (island hopping, helmet diving, shopping, explore the island, ...).
  
  ps. don't trust the architects or designer room photos, we haven't seen them :-)

  The place that I usually hang out for beach day. Friendly staffs. Happy hour for beers and cocktails at 3pm. Nice spot in the beach bed. Good location waiting for sunset. I just don't like their food coz it taste awful.
