They forget to deliver your dry-cleaning items on time. Three times out of three different dates! The work itself is fine but they end up apologizing for forgetting the delivery and their explanation is that they have a heavy workload.

Disappointing service. There are always items missing. Always late in getting my clothes ready for pickup. And worst they dont have enough bills for change.

I paid to have my pants dry cleaned. When I got them back nothing had changed. The stains are still there and the pants do not seem fresh. I feel like they only put scent on them.
