Clean and nice hotel with roomservice and good wifi! However, the breakfast buffet was expensive and not very good. It was hard to find breakfast cafes nearby and therefore you had to go for their breakfast.

In the hotel's early years my then fiance and i rented out rooms in this hotel so we could be near the church for our wedding ceremony. The place was new and some floors were still being constructed but even then service was exceptional. I had very good experience then and even now when we rented out a room 4yrs later the look and feel was the same. Still one of the best. Not too big hotel yet one of the most well maintained hotels in the heart of the city. Hotel quality bed definitely satisfying, clean and quality interiors. Very pleasing employees down to the housekeeping and food is delicious. I like the simplicity of the hotel not too crowded and the location is peaceful and near church, restaurants and public transport. I highly recommend this place.

This hotel is great! They changed my room 2x and eventually gave me a superior class of room just because it was more secluded and it was less noisy in the morning when guests leave.
Their staff is polite but not overly polite and not overly friendly that makes you feel uncomfortable. I love them! Whoever trained them props to them!
The beds are super comfy, so are the pillows. They offer amnesties for the bathroom: soaps, shower gel, toothbrushes.
Anyway, made my stay very pleasant.

Loved n loved my stay in Cebu because of this hotel.
Staffs were all great, helpful and kind though some struggled to speak in english. They gave us a 5 star treatment.
The room itself is clean n very calming. Perfect for foreigners who would want to feel being at home, sleeping in comfortable bed and use clean and shinning toilets and towels.
The breakfast buffet is great too - would be even awesome if there were more international spread.

Nice hotel. Halo restaurant buffet is good. Very small parking area. Location is in the center of the city. Traffic situation is very bad in peak hours.

I got married last April 26 and we chose St. Mark to be our location for the dress up since it's not crowded outside. I like everything about this hotel. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. Me and my husband enjoyed our stay. We're still planning to come back. Thank you St. Mark. ♥

Considering the quality of the rooms, the price is quite affordable. The bed has memory foam on it which makes sleeping so much relaxing! Good wi-fi in the room and very clean and modern bathrooms. Their buffet breakfast is superb. I can't believe that they have this "Eat all you can Pancakes and Rice Cakes" every afternoon for only P99.00. Has a Condotel feature which is great for would be investors.

I was booked at room 312. The sink would not drain and collects the used water. I have long hair and wanted to use a shower cap but they have none. There was no cable in my room and when I called for assistance, nobody was able to fix it. I decided to move to another hotel and picked up the phone for my luggage assistance and the phone was dead. I realized this is not a hotel but a condotel. A condominium which rooms are owned by a corporation or individuals that are rented out. I could have been happier, at least; if they gave me back a little of my money's worth but instead they offered me a free breakfast or a choice to get a slice of cake. They said that they cannot give me a discount because I booked online. Horrible, how else would I book? I wanted to talk to the manager but she was not around. I am not coming back to this CONDOTEL nor recommend this to friends. They have very bad system and does not offer international standard management.

An affordable and cozy business hotel. Function rooms, buffet breakfast-lunch-dinner, free wifi, room amenities-mini fridge, hair dryer, cable tv, iron, safe, hot and cold shower

It's a straightforward, decent business hotel with an excellent location.

    1. Lobby is small but tastefully done with furniture by Vito Selma, an world-renowned Cebuano designer.
    2. Staff are well-trained and courteous.
    3. Breakfast is surprisingly good! Well, not as great and as varied as the more pricey hotels, but you could get a really hearty meal compared to other hotels in the area.
    4. It's a quiet area that's just across Redemptorist Church so less noise from traffic outside.
    5. Rooms are also tastefully done.
