I have been treated well by the best doctors, and staff. Despite bring in the hospital I felt at ease and no worries. Plus their assistance went as far as helping you with the billing procedures. Which has been a great relief for my wife. Relieving her of the stress in arranging our discharge.
What kind of doctor prescribes medicine to their patient when theyre allergic to it?
I had 2 operations done in this hospital and everything went well, clean facility and the doctors i been to are experts in their field.
The E.R. is very poorly managed. Simple process and common sense items seem to be missing. Personal questions in the waiting room seating, unclean/ unsanitary conditions, lack of professionalism from the staff in their interactions with patients and each other. Perhaps most alarming - patient diagnosis given in public.
As mentioned, billing here should be treated with EXTREME caution. Can confirm the standard "play" is to get you to sign a document saying you'll pay in cash what isn't covered and then billing makes little attempt to work with your provider claims department on paying out.
If this is the best in Philippines, I can't imagine what else is out there.
My mom went to this hospital and she has US military Tricare for Life. She went as an out patient and afterwards she still got billed 100%. She was only suppose to be billed the deductible and copay and thats it. Very poor service to a senior citizen. They want to make you pay 100% instead of processing via insurance claim.
I rarely got to see my doctor. The times I did he was very rude. The nice staff was my er doctor but the rest are rude and mean.
Doctors are not intimidating. They are friendly and would generously give time to discuss your queries about your condition (Esp. Dr. Rafanan and Dr. Santiago, and other resident doctors who visited me, sorry I forgot to get ur names). In most hospitals I know, they hurry and quickly leave the patient to do rounds. I did not experience that here. Dr. Rafanan even waited for me to come out from the rest room so he could personally speak to me about the procedure I'd undergo.
Nurses and wellness staff are also kind and I think they are really doing their best to facilitate your requests if possible.
Good day..Do have a VER LABORATORY..?and how much that laboratory?Pls reply asap..Thanks and godbless
I am from Papua New Guinea, i would like to know how credible this hospital is. Also i have been quoted and I have been asked to make a deposit in US dollars. Are there any reliable advises on this? Please do message. Thanks
Facilities of the hospital is great where all your laboratories and examinations can done quickly. The doctors provided right information to their patients and very accommodating. Secretaries and staffs are friendly
Reminder :If you are an out patient and you got a free clinic check-up .Be mindful of what you are signing. If ever you didn't make it or die, they will take your brain and heart for study/autopsy that's what happened to my sister .Even if you dont die from accident or crime. And we need the xerox copy of her death certificate /or just a note to prove that she's dead.Which we need to process some important papers. So we can pay them. They don't want to.. (social service) because, they want us firts to pay the balance of her hospital bill. They don't have any consideration to people .
This hospital really lift up to their good standard. It has been my mom and dad's saving grace. All the doctors are professionals. Nurses are friendly and efficient in their line of work. Thank you St. Luke's Medical Center Hospital Quezon City. Philippines 🇨🇿 oh! They do have a gallbladder lithotripsy now. Good work St. Luke's!👍
