The service on the accounting and registrar window are both slow, you will also wait for a long minute to get your transcripts. You're lucky enough if you get those transcripts on the day you inquire most of us getting those transcripts are waiting a month to receive it finally.

Some professors are good at teaching but the problem is the system. You have to wait forever to get your transcript of records and honorable dismissal. There's only one person who handles the registrar for college and SHS. Also there is no line for queuing. Some students will cut in line and the one and only registrar will accommodate them without even scolding them. I couldn't graduate because of them unfortunately. Because they kept on holding on to my TOR

    Patients name: Eric Ligeralde
    Confinement date: August 9-13, 2014

Upon confinement (ER) we have informed the doctor and nurses that the patient has HMO and it is Carewell. We have repeatedly informed them that they need to make sure that an accredited doctor should handle the patient to avoid paying PF. We honestly told them that we do not have money to pay for the hospital bills (We have Philhealth and HMO card anyway)

We have told them several times before we were given a room that they need to make sure of my concern before they confine my brother to avoid future problems.

We were assigned to Room 307, we were treated well, the doctor and nurses who attended my brother is excellent and very nice (Dr. Mesoga).

Discharge time, we processed Philhealth and HMO. We were expecting that we will not be paying any PF since it will be shouldered by HMO. After Philhealth and HMO coverage, we were told that we still have to pay php 4,471... 500.00 for the admitting fee and 3,971.00 for PF. I asked the cashier why does she think the PF wasnt covered, she said the doctor isnt accredited by our HMO.

I'm pregnant and was saving for my delivery. Since we didnt expect any extra bills from the hospital, I have to get 4,000.00 from my delivery savings to pay for my brothers bill or else we will not be allowed to go home.

I would have accepted the circumstance if i didnt inform them right away, but i did....repeatedly!

We already paid the bill and my brother is home but we lost php 3,971 because they didnt give us an accredited doctor which we requested initially.

Should you wish to reply, you have my brothers info on your file...
