Please be informed that SSS has number coding schedule, they can only assist you following the last digit of your SSN on a certain day. The good news is they are open on Saturdays until December 2022 and they will entertain you regardless of the last digit of your Social Security number. The filing of claims for benefits are done online. They can only assist you with inquiries.

Clean, organized, good air conditioning. People are very assistive.

Although, it's not the best branch to go to if you're in a hurry. The place is pretty wide, and I find it odd that they can't provide multiple counters for a specific process.
