First, their doctor is good and very professional, his name is Dr. Panganiban, he's the doctor of my mom, I think he's the boss there so I will not be shock how good he is. Unfortunately the last time we visited the hospital he's on indefinite leave and they dont have any idea when he will get back. I hope we will be informed by the hospital once Dr. Panganiban is there so that we can have our annual check up.

And about the hospital, well they're clean and they dont smell bad the only problem here is their nurses or medical technician, their lack of training will compromise the hospital's good reputation, we experienced their incompetent staff who took our blood samples many times, they cant locate my mom's arteries to get her blood. You will notice that their staffs are all newbies and they lack of proper training for pathology. We wiil not go there anymore for laboratories or confinement.

Every time we pass by every morning on our way to work and every evening going home, I couldn't resist to look over and over again. I'm pretty amazed to the design of this edifice. As I look the arched columns in the entrance passage, I'm thinking that what is look like inside. As if you are entering the heaven. Maybe they did such design because of the name itself.
Until the moment comes when I rush my son to this cathedral like building.
My amazement to the former was step aside because I was so tensed about my son's condition. On that morning of December 26, 2017 my son was admitted for medical confinement due to dengue fever and afterwards my wife got into in the afternoon with the same diagnosis. In four days stay my wife's health progress but my son did not. On December 30, my daughter is also admitted on same case of her sibling.
On the early morning of December 31 I decided to transfer my son to Capitol Medical Center, and my ordeal to this hell begins. I asked their authorities to process the immediate transfer of my son. I requested an ambulance but they said it's not available. Immediately I went to the back of the building and I found there the two ambulance. I took a picture of it so I can show them and told them that they're all liars.
Maybe they could no longer do their alibi they facilitate my request for a fee of P10,000 cash. They charged my son more than P80,000 through his health card and yet he's almost got comatose if were not able to transfer him on time.
I have so many grievances to recant but I have no so much time to do so. Because I have so much work to catch up due to dengue menace to my family. They're all four, I'm the only one got spare.
I realized that it's not what you see is what you get.

My experience is more than medical but the attention they gave us with respect to maintenance is topnotch. Our room has leaking aircon and when I reported this to the customer service person (who is actually giving survey forms), he immediately called their engineering to report the problem. In about 5 minutes, here comes their technician to check the leaking aircon.

    Great job!

Courteous staff, neat & clean facilities be with ample parking. However handling trauma & emergency cases has lots of improvement needed, as my personal experience @ july-2016.

This hospital dsnt deserve even a star....they will kill your patient so donnot even think of bringing your sick love ones here.We took my father here instead of getting better he get worst... They will just keep on asking money until you you lost everything you have. The doctors have no compassion you cannot even contact them . Thanks God we decided to take my dad to another hospital....now his getting better . I HATE this hospital hopefully no one cannot get in to what what we experience in this hospital.😁
