Shangri-La is our go-to place when we want to stroll and don't want a crowded area. The place is really clean and smells clean. Well ventilated too.
The staff are really friendly especially the security guards.

So many great restaurants too! A must-try is the Bistro Group of restaurants. We love it!

    P. S. Pet-friendly too

Very luxurious, cozy, and quiet mall. The place is so big that you will get lost inside if you are unfamiliar with it. Parking is quite expensive if you stay too long. Highly recommended for people who loves to shop and dine.

An older mall but still classy and luxurious.

The mall is actually quite large as there are many floors and areas to walk around. There are also many stores here both upscale high end and more average to cater to everyone. Lots of food and restaurants as well.

    There are also bathrooms everywhere!

This is definite one of the best malls in the metro manila area.

This is an awesome hotel the property is very neat and clean. The rooms are good although it may be about time to give it a little bit of fresh look or upgrade.. I am staying at the garden side and it was fine.. I am also wondering on what logics do they use to place customers to the dead end of the hotel.. I would have appreciated an upgraded room or a room conveniently located within the building but this does not take away the fact that they have the best staff, clean property and awe inspiring food.. The spread of food is unbelievable.. haven’t seen this spread in any other hotels here or overseas.. Great Job and Kudos @Shangri-La!!

When you say high end/ luxury/ upscale mall, this is it.

The selection of stores or boutiques, restaurants and the crowd itself.

I remember the first time I went here, the too high escalator made me dizzy lol.

Rustans draws in the rich elderly ladies or donya particularly.

The downside is I could not find any free sitting areas where you can wait awhile in, unlike in other malls where they provide benches, waiting areas.

Other malls are more courteous to the mallgoers who would need to rest. Since there are no seats to stand by in, people are forced to buy in the cafes just to wait for a companion. A bit selfish I guess but it is mall strategy to drive sales.
If you try to sit in the fountain, a guard in blue will shoo you.

I like the events held here.

Clean restrooms with soap and toilet paper though the first cubicle in the GF is faulty, non stop flushing as long as someone is inside, wastes water.

The basement has more affordable choices, masa crowd.

Free WiFi signal connection strength depends on which area you are.

    I dig its ambient lighting.

    Ample parking.

This is near MRT Shaw station. Speaking of which, if you plan to ride the train, get out of the 5th floor exit by 9pm mall closing time. Otherwise the glass rotating gate will be locked and you will have to go down and out and then back up again the MRT steep stairs. Dusa.

The place is great but the staff are not guest friendly. Taking pictures in the lobby where we had our event is not allowed. Though we were able to took some because the civilian guard approached us after the picture was shot. Same as thru at the lobby downstairs. We were so happy to take pictures considering our group was the only one there. Hotel STAFF are NOT GUEST FRIENDLY.

Been here sometimes and it’s a pleasant walking places. If you want to find less crowd Mall to walk around here might be a good choice in the area.

They have tons of restaurants and stores. They have food court as well. Especially, they have a building that has high end shops for the luxury items.

This place is a supermarket. The size is just enough to accommodate the necessary stores, eateries, cafe, fast food chains, groceries, and others. The place is very aesthetic, well ventilated, and luxuriously looking. You can also buy all your needs here and at the same time enjoy with your family with the cinema that they have. It is also near the terminals so the transportation is not a problem going here and going home from here. Overall, this place is recommended.

It's a good mall with good deals. Composed primarily of high end brands inside the store. The food court is good and affordable. The cinema is great.

Have undergone mall-wide renovations. Every nook was updated. Nice, clean restrooms.

Not a lot of people here, making it a great place to hang.

Not a fan of the escalator placements. It can get confusing. The new wing could have been better integrated with the old.

Despite the fact that we've numerous malls in Manila, it is still, without a doubt, one of the greatest posh malls you can visit. It's well lit, clean, security personnels are very visible. If you want to move away from waves of crowds in nearby malls, this is were you go to. Have a sip of your fave drink, watch a movie or shop!

The East Wing is nice. Big brands are available here for luxurious shoppers. Toilets are clean. Parking can be a challenge tho during weekends. Huge mall with wide hallways. Good restaurant choices here as well. Steinway and sons just opened here, too!

The mall is cozy and you feel secure when inside. They have free wifi mall-wide. It was raining when we entered and we were carrying dripping umbrellas. I was delighted with the umbrella plastic cover that they provide as you enter. No wet floors!

High-end. Peaceful but not so secure as I lost my while bag there in 2007 and security did not help. Be on guard. Always keep an eye on your belongings especially when dining.

Still a good place to shop and dine. This mall also has ample parking space with three different parking locations. The cinema is very dated though for the price. If you are looking for high end, luxury brands this is a good place to shop. There are also a number of good restaurants. It also has a renovated food court for those under the budget.

The 5 stars is for Dome Cafe on the first floor. It has been a second home for me between Oct-Dec 2017 as we used it to host weekly event for a research project. Food is simple but tasty. An understated spot in a high end mall.
