  Pure scam and advertisements, we went to their dau branch to our surprise the price that they've posted 25 mins ago was totally a hoax. Php 3889 was the price posted in their fb page, when we went to the office it was already php 9700 and the agent keeps on telling us that prices are subject to change, in 25 mins? Prices already doubled? You don't even deserved a single star!

  I cannot say enough good things about this Shadow Travel company!  I researched extensively for a travel company who could put together the perfect itinerary for my family. 
  
  The itinerary was customized and perfect for our needs. Their partner operators and hotel are all courteous.
  
  Our HongKong trip are hassle free, macau, disney, also set up the best professional tour guide and all our tours are all superb!

  I sent an email via FB and there was an automated response "usually respond within 24 hours". message was sent last December and until now no response. based on the reviews, I think their prices are deceiving. Is there an agency in the phils that checks the dealings of this company as it is deceiving the public, like the Better Business Bureau? Something must be done here.

  their FB page is just pure marketing. their prices on their MOA branch is so different on the actual rates. as in times three. the horror!

  When I step inside their office at SM Clark, there's no one bothered to ask what I am looking for and they do not greet customers until I finally stepped out the premises. The agency must conduct rigid seminar and training on Customer Service for its staff in view of competition nowadays. Remember customers are the lifeblood for any business.

  Well they don't even deserve a single star. I emailed them asking for the most affordable package but they sent me one of the most expensive package. I booked for a february 26 to 28 tour and when this HEIDI sent me the acknowledgment form it was dated feb 28 to march 1. So i messaged them right after i received the acknowledgment form to have it updated but she told me that since i was the one who processed it then they cant do anything.
