  The package would not have been delivered to me if I had not called and followed up SO MANY TIMES. This is after waiting 3 weeks. The delivery person named Rommel for some strange reason LIED THAT HE COULD NOT DELIVER IT BECAUSE THE ADDRESS WAS INCOMPLETE. But upon checking my package, I confirmed that the address was IN FACT: COMPLETE. It’s scary how untrustworthy people handling our mail are these days. Especially those who make the door to door deliveries. WHY LIE ABOUT SOMETHING LIKE THAT UNLESS THEY HAD BAD INTENTIONS? Why does the Philippine post office tolerate this?

  From the entrance, the guard on duty would ask you what is your transaction and he would check your requirements. Once , all document requirements are complete, the guard will issue a form to fill out. Once form is completed, the guard would assign a seat.
  
  Actually faster postal ID transaction. The fastest transaction I experienced in all government agencies I visited regardless of the number of people waiting. Processing time could be 30-minutes from document and data verification , payment, picture taking and finger print. Very organized branch and the officers are knowledgeable of their job. I waited about 30 minutes to get to the verifier.
  
  I paid Php 650 for rush postal ID for pick up after 7 business days. While regular processing, Php 504 , delivery is within 2 months.
