  I was not impressed with Salon de Rose Ayala Branch. I had my haircut and color done by them and manicure and pedicure. Service were okay. They keep pushing me to buy their Keratine and other products which I don't want to purchase at the moment. But they kept on insisting me to buy It the entire time I had my nails done. I have asked the hairdressers to match my original hair color and she didn't offer me the color selection book. She proceeded to cut my hair first and asked her to cut it 3 inches! Surprisingly she cut about a little over 6"??? Damn you lady! That's not the only issue, she baked my hair for two hours and its horrible, hair looks dry and dead! Hey I love taking care of my hair and for you guys to ruin it this way is upsetting! My nails was done by rush, messy look and terrible nail color selection. I will never going back to this salon ever! And make sure I'll spread the word.

  Rude ass staff close early i know it's Christmas eve. Ut they start closing their computer early and unaccomdating to the customer. I said can i pay now they were unaccomadaing making excuses saying we started closing the register they dont work well at all at the register and deserve low pay they do not drserve a raise amd downright deserving the lowest or respect 3rd floor. Cash register get name tags so we can call them out please.

  I wasn't happy with the service (ayala center branch).I admit I am not very happy with what she did to my hair. I think my hair would've looked better if I've done it myself, tsk. Ruined my day. I wouldn't recommend this salon to go for a haircut/trim (women). It was a horrible experience.🖓🖓

  Mediocre service. Receptionist was not accomodating at all -- it was like having customers annoyed the hell out of her. I won't recommend this salon at all. Paid too much for a haircut even I could do myself.
