Picking up as well as returning the car happened in a professional manner. Also, the car was quite new and in a very good condition, coming with a fair rental rate. Can definitely recommend this rental car agency. Next time again.

Rented the car this this month (July 11) for a day. Unfortunately, due to the Airline’s technical problem, my morning flight was cancelled and got rescheduled in the evening. I asked Saferide if they could reconsider my situation and have my pick up time changed. Per the person I spoke, they cannot accommodate my request and that the payment I made will be forfeited. The company only asked 20% downpayment when I made the reservation, but I decided to give the full payment. I just think forfeiting my full payment is such a rigid penalty. I could understand if they only forfeit the 20% downpayment. I ended up paying another full payment for them to accommodate another pick up time in my new evening flight. 😔

Harold and Simeon are Very good in professional and went to all the troubles to accommodate us eventhough we didn't have any prior reservations. They were very helpful, highly recommended place to rent a car if you are visiting Cebu. As Australian we are happy with the customer service we got from these two.

Despite some difficulty being picked up at the ferry. The car rental was dependable and ran well. The AC was cold. They did arrange transportation for a fee for us when we returned the car, to our hotel.
My only criticism is that there was no 12 volt cigarette lighter plugs or USB plugs to charge cell phone and GPS. I realize they do not want smoking in the car.report this review -

Very nice staff and accommodating to our pickup and drop off times which were in the middle of the night. The cars were okay for the price they offer.

Rented a car from them for about 20 days. Most of their cars are banged up, dents, scratechs etc. I had to chnage my car 3 times before i got a decent one. the service is good but some of their cars should not even be on the road. On the plus side they offer Airport shuttle.

We rented a car in Dumaguete, and highly recommend it. They offer to drop and pick-up the car (very new) from where you are - communication is clear, fast and reliable! Our flight was delayed and Jay-R (staff) was quick with communication and did not start our clock until we got the car even though he had to wait at the airport for over an hour. He also recommended other car hires for our next destination. Overall tops experience! Thank you Jay-R and we hope to see you again next time we're in the island!
