One employee here told my dad he can’t request a refund for the debt of my dad former company, my dad receives his pension monthly but when we request the refund that employee told we can’t request due to their system saying, we are the one who did not fully paid, but the web portal shows sss deducted for full payment lol, poor customer service.

The lady at the front desk was very unprofessional. The reason why we ask questions because we don't have any idea and we need assistance/answer, I just ask a question politely there's no need to shout in front of many people, you should educate people well in professional way.

Due to high volume of query in SSS office, they managed to organized the queuing system.

They made it coding system based to the last digit of your SSS number. So, you won't waste your time and energy.

Here's the schedule.

"The number you dial is busy right now". That's the only answer I get every time I call your numbers. There is a pandemic right now and I don't want to put my self at risk by going to your office just so I can ask a question.

Not accommodating branch. I phoned many times but no one can get my call. I will not recommending this branch to anyone. SSS Antipolo triangle mall. Mind your respective person to pay attention to all concern.

Since november 2016 pa kame pabalik balaik para sa chabge of date of birth ng daddy ko. Until now wala pang linaw. Naireklamo na namen sa 8888. Naibisuhan sila agad ng 8888 pero nung pinabalik kame dun another paghhintay nnaman sa result. Until now june na wala padin result ung change of date if birth ng tatay ko. Senior citizen na xa di xa makapag file ng retirement not unlesa maayos ung date of birth nya. Nagkakasakit na xa. Madalas na magmanhid mga bibig nya at kamay. Di pa nya naeexperience magpension. Never pa xa nagloan or gumamit ng kahit anong benefit ng sss. Eto nalang retirement nalang dipa nila pabilisin ang process kelangan pa unabot ng ganito katagal. Everyday kame nagffollow up sa branch ng antipolo pero till now dipa nababago date of birth ng tatay ko. Lage lang sinasabe tawag ulit.

Sa mga gusto tumawag dun ito po ang contact number nila na meron ako 650-7628. Sa baba po na number yan. Jan daw magfollow up

I agree sa comment ni ARLO YANILLA .. sana naman po pag kinausap kayo ng maayos makipag usap din po kayo ng maayos diba pag matanda ang kausap dapat gumalang para ata baliktad , pag government ka nag wowork kelangan the way na makipag communicate ka mas mataas ka pa sa boss kung umasta ??? the way na makipag usap ung babae na ung na may manipis na salamin at chubby sa senior hindi makatarungan porket ang laki ng loan na di nabayaran kelangan mo ipag diinan ? madam kaya ka nandyan sa posisyon mo para tulungan ang senior and other people who is member of sss para mag file ng retirement at mag pa gawa ng ulit ng id hindi para magsungit at umastang boss ng SSS .. nangyari toh both sa parents ko una sa mama ko nung mag file sya ng retirement next nung january nung mag aapply ung father ko for new id sana bigyan nio ng halaga ung pinila ng mga tao na sobrang aga 4am nasa sss na kmi ng antipolo then ganyan pa gagawin nio be professional !!!
