  A cozy place in Roxas that I can go home to anytime. Comfort is affordable in Midtown, and the staff are very accomodating.

  Stayed for a night in this hotel and we loved that it was near the city center. Comfortable bed and hot and cold shower were the best parts of our stay here.

  Hotel is rather basic (no business center, fitness facilities, bar, etc), but for its central location, and the fact you can check in as early as 6am (if rooms are available), the price is competitive. Recommend you ask the front desk for a room that is farthest from the karaoke bar across the street. Otherwise, you will have to out up with the noise till late at night. The walls and ceilings are quite thin so you can hear other guests rather easily.

  Experience was regretful!
  The hotel does not really look dirty but cockroaches are going around. Nasty and disgusting! Told the staff about it and she sent another person with a broom and dust pan to sweep the cockroaches. They appear like cockroaches are normal and part of their everyday life, they just did not say anything !!!
  Upon check-in staff was looking for some paper that made us appear like we did not pay/could not pay for the reservation. Awkward and condescending!!!
  Early in the morning we packed up and looked for another hotel to stay for couple more nights to spend more time with the family we visited.
  Terrible experience!!
