This place is ideal if you want to disconnect from the world but don't want to go that far away from the metro. I have been here twice and I can't say this is one of the places in the Philippines I really like. It's not common to everybody and the place is clean and very well maintained by the owners.

We were aiming for Death Pool, but it took us til night to reach Cabongaoan and I'm glad that we did. There are resorts to choose from, but Roven's Place was the most humble and hospitable that we could find. They let the guests borrow cooking materials, they've got a mini store, a few nipa rooms, clean and simple rest rooms, a lot of cottages, but we decided to just pitch a tent and they have provided us the best spot available which was under two huge coconut trees, facing the beach.

The owner gave us a brief description of the beach. It turns out that the beach changes it forms depending on the season. Amihan and Habagat determines the look of the beach, the height of the sand and if the sand bad would be clearly seen.

We visited Cabongaoan on the 17th of January. Looking from the shore, the water looks deep, but the whole thing is actually like a huge natural pool which is good for those who can't swim and for the kids as well.

Tip: Just talk to the owners of Roven's and they can contact someone for cooking services, but you'll have to have your ingredients with you. Also, depending on the season, you can buy fish and other seafood from fishermen around the beach early in the morning.

Napaka virgin pa nung place at super accommodating ng may-ari. White beach, and very peaceful and quite place to stay in Panga.. It's advisable to bring ya car as public commuting is challenging.. Malayu sya sa highway eh. β˜€οΈπŸŒœπŸŒŸ

But one your there super worth it sya. Ang serene at ang tahimik ng place. πŸ˜πŸ˜˜πŸ€—πŸ™‚

I'm super excited to be there the second time around as it's worth the stay. I'm from the North Coast of Cebu, lumaki ako sa Dagat kaya pansin nyu kulay sea orchin ako and I can tell this place is astounding as my playground in Northern Cebu.

Visit this budding tourist spot in Burgos, Pangasinan. Crystal clear water, white powdery sand on its front with cool shades, picnic tables, clean and newly built wash rooms and comfort areas with cool kubo cottages provides us stress free ambience.
It is near depth pool, amazing nature wonder!

It's a secluded place. Accessibility is a bit of a challenged. Long rough road is due to roads being paved. There is a better way going there if youre willing to add 7km to your travel.
The "death pool" is about 10 min walk from the place.
It is crowded when I visited the place.
In general, I still find the place worth to visit then of course it depends on one's preference.
