  They don't have a system when it comes to organizing and processing claims in the Registrars office. They don't know how to apologize to people when they fail to serve them or even inform people that they will vacate the station. They don't know how customer service works. The employees of the Registrars office rely MAINLY on SA's (Student Assistants) resulting to slow process time. The SA's on the other hand doesn't know what they are doing in the office; they don't know how to apologize, they don't know how to say thank you (at the very least) and most of all they don't have manners.
  
  People get irate to them because of slow process time and I am one of them. If there is something they can do about this I will appreciate it.

  Education is alright considering it's really cheap here. The facilities are lacking, but maybe that's a given due to high population and low budget?

  My Alma Mater. Spent 9 years here, high school & college life. All the imperfections of the school is overpowered by the knowledge gained & the memories created. It is one of the State Universities of the Philippines that is in Metro Manila. More power to the institution! Wishing all the success in continuously providing quality education to those deserving but underprivileged students!

  Graduated in 1992. BA Marketing. This school unlocked my creativity. My Favorite subject was advertising. Everything I learned from my Prof. I am using it now running my own Advertising business. I produce TV and Web Commercials for USA, UAE, Canada. etc. Discipline was bad during my time, student vandalism was high, I hope that stopped. If you want to own your own business study at RTU BA Marketing! I loved every minute of my time in this school. When I come back from abroad I'll study Masters in Marketing!

  Well my daughter have been here before .. her name is Tiffany Morales . I LET HER ENROLLED IN this school but she told me that some professors come in late to discuss their lessons but one this is good their accountancy professor was really good and they can approach in case they need help as of the moment my daughter is studying.in japan but Good job to Ms. VM i dont know what is her real name
