This is a great hotel. I have tried their buffet foods and it was delicious. Most of the guests here are foreign Asians.

Really nice hotel, close to a big shopping center. There was a 7th floor pool and the hotel room was perfect. Incredibly friendly staff, one feels really welcome. Can definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is well protected by guards. Staff is very friendly. Rooms extra clean. The swimming pool clean well-maintained. A bonus if you're staying at the hotel you have discount on the meals which is excellent at a good price.

A good hotel option that's within the city proper. Service is good and fast. Breakfast buffet has a lot of options, mixed of Filipino, Korean and American.

Check in was a breeze and a staff was always nearby to help with the luggage.
Guests can also borrow an umbrella at the Concierge which was super useful given the bad weather the city had over the past days.
The room was clean and modern. My mother liked the toiletries. I liked the fitness center on the 6th floor but it was weird that there was no sign on the lift or anywhere else about where it is. It’s hidden in the parking area!report this review -

Attended my company's Christmas party here last year and also had a room reservation at corporate rate. The food was good & the staff were friendly & polite. The room was spacious enough. Me & my partner enjoyed their breakfast buffet.

Not very good for the money it costs. Apparently its not very old but you would think it was much older. You can spend a lot less and get somewhere nicer.

Rooms are spacious, has a nice view. Buffet (breakfast, lunch and dinner) is lovely, lot's of choices and all are well cooked and well seasoned. Staffs are very accommodating. It is just one cross away from Ayala mall but convenient stores are 5min walk away just incase you'll be hungry or thirsty by night time.

I had a great stay at Quest Hotel. The premises are very nice and the Wifi upload speed is the fastest I have ever experienced in the Philippines.
They have a great pool area and the rooms are very nice and comfortable. Great water pressure in the showers and hot water.
I wish I had got pictures of my room but I was not allowed to go back after I checked out. I did get to shoot a couple videos of the room I stayed in and all the areas of the hotel for my Utube channel just forgot to take pics.report this review -

Room 1138. Great service and attention to details. I truly enjoyed my stay. The location is right next to Ayala and Citibank which was very convenient. Overall a great hotel. Will come back just for the view and people.

Pros: Staff service and location is great
Cons: Breakfast should be included otherwise at least a discount for hotel guests.
If you plan on using the pool, it is Not family friendly. Used it twice and expect multiple foreigners bringing multiple prostitutes in the pool. Also smoking in the pool seemed allowed since it looked like staff approached but were too scared to confront them.
Parents had to stop their kids from entering the pool and then left. Security needs improvement, anyone can access any level and pool/gym servicesreport this review -

Booked 2 nights as a stop over before we headed out to Bohol. Wasn't expecting much from other reviews and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Super location across the road from the mall, helpful staff and great clean rooms with one of the best showers I've had in a while – and super cheap!

Location is strategic, just across Ayala Mall. Local transport options not a problem. Easy to call a cab or take a jeepney outside the hotel or across at the terminal by the mall. Staff always greet with a smile and ready to assist. Room is contemporary modern. Has a safe box to secure valuables. Has enough storage options.

Well priced hotel conveniently across the street from Cebu IT tower and the mall. Clean and comfortable though I didn't spend a huge amount of time there. Staff were great and they have a nurse on site if you decide to slice your finger like I did !

The place is very good. its clean, smells fresh, and it is near the Ayala Mall Center. Price is expensive though as for a traveller who spends a lot of time outside the hotel. but it was a good experience. The Bathroom is clean and fresh. no problems at all when I stayed at this hotel. pool is okay. we managed to had fun when a lot of people also joined in at the time of our swimming activity. staff are friendly and approachable.
