  Raffy the rooms manager was great. He helped arrange for the hotel to deliver us to a vulcanizing shop in a big truck at no cost to fix a flat on our motorcycle when we arrived. Thanks Raffy for the awesome service, we can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Punts Fuego Casitas. Awesome infinity pool too.
