We thought the Hotel was exceptional but it was a complete fail.
First, only one of the four floors with rooms is smoke free. It's not conducive for family especially if you're pregnant or has a baby with you.
Second, staff were most accommodating but some of them are "matigas ang ulo" especially when we gave specific instructions but they will rationalize that they will still wait for the instructions of their superior. Ironic!

Really nice hotel. We enjoy our staying very much. Very nice and friendly employees. Nice meal at the restaurant on the roof. Ah awesome view. We are sure will come back next time.

Whatever you do do not stay at the prime Asia hotel in Angeles City!! This hotel is a complete rip-off. They have a room ready for us and we requested an early check-in when booking but the hotel manager Juliet will not allow us to go into our room without paying an extra 1000 peso fee for a two hour early check-in at noon instead of 2pm!! Even though the room is ready they want us to wait in the lobby for 2 hours. I have never heard of anything like this in my life!! Unreasonable and insulting. She even lied telling me this was a department of tourism rule! Nonsense!! There are many hotels to stay in Angeles City for this price and less that know how to take care of their customers. If they're going to have an early check-in fee they should notify you of that when you are booking and request an early check-in. This hotel is absolutely unacceptable and to top it off the rooms aren't that nice. BE WARNED STAY ANYWHERE ELSE BUT THE PRIME ASIA HOTEL!!

We spend new year in rooftop nice pool. But very bad setup with the movie transformers in backup they didn't wanted to off on a new year and food sold out even we came first. I don't recommend

A nice friendly hotel with great reception and bar staff.
The hotel is quite modern maybe around 6 years or so old and a nice safe 10 mins walk to the delights of Walking Street and Money Changers.
The rooftop bar is a great place to chill out, as a European I never went hungry with the free breakfast a varied choice and freshly cooked to order.report this review
