  I was lucky enough to stay at Papierus 2 nights. What a surprise! For the price, this place ranks in my top three of over 200 different places I have stayed throughout the world.
  The location is awesome, especially if you have a motorbike. 7-11 is in the same complex. If you have ever forgotten toiletries or had a late night craving for some snacks, you know how convenient this is. Not only that, there is a boiled peanut/balut vendor literally in front of the entrance, which again is very convenient.
  The girl at the reception always had a nice smile and could answer any question I had.
  The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It had the four most important things for me:
  1. Cold aircon
  2. Hot shower
  3. Good wifi
  4. Comfortable bed.
  The grounds are very tastefully decorated - I was blown away by how nice this place was in every way.
  I guarantee there is no other hotel or pension house in Kalibo (or Aklan) that is a better value than Papierus Pensionne.

  The room that I got was clean and big. The guest house was near the Kapitolyo of Aklan. the staffs here were nice but I hope they would somehow greet their guests or smile at them like they would let their guests to feel at home and not feel awkward but the place was nice with a little kubo in the middle.
  
  You can also explore their arts and handicrafts shop with handmade products and buy some as souvenirs.
