  We had the aircon room for 4 pax. The place is nice. The staff were accomodating. I think they forgot to provide blanket. Maybe we'll try their kubo/nipa rooms next time.

  The place is three to four establishments away from the beach, and about two to three establishment from Mama Phoebe's Canteen which means it's an optimal place to stay if you are not planning to cook your own food during your vacation.
  
  I don't believe that this place falls into the category of a 'beach resort'. Yes it is quite near to a beach, but it is not right in front of it which, for me, is an essential carateristic of a beach resort.
  
  This place features two storey Kubos, where the bottom is a dining area while the top is a place to sleep. The resort has Improvised Billiard Pool where instead of balls you'll be using flat cookie like discs. I don't know if there are things like that on other country but it loks unique so you might want to give it a try.
  
  The garden has four tables designed for a good afternoon chat (it has shade), or a night of booze. the staff are very friendly and they might even let you borrow their pitchers and glasses if you'r gonna drink alchohol. The ground floor of the middle kubo is a common area with a karaoke, but you can only use it until 10PM tough This might be one of the things you need to consider when staying here since a lot of people wants to sing their heart out. You'll be sleeping late at night and be awaken a bit early.
  
  We stayed at a 4k per night air-conditioned room. be sure to switch the aircon to turbo mode o that it could beat the summer heat. The room has its own bathroom, the water is strong enough to reach the showers, but the water pressure is not enough when everyone else uses their showers. You don't need to worry when you take dump on their toilet since the bathroom has exhaust fan. The toilet doesn't have a flush, but it is quite near the faucet. The room features a double deck bed, and a mattress on the floor. During our stay we didn't had a blanket ad we didn't bother asking for one soi don't know if they provide it. Check out time is 12noon.
  
  The resort sells their own alchoholic beverages, they also serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We didn't had the chance to try out their food though.
  
  the resort also have showers outside you you don't need to line up in your room just to get the sands off your body.
  
  I've giving this a four star because the resort admin are kind enough to let their customers have their fun at the kareoke until 11:30pm.
