Yesterday my sister rushed to hospital because she has laceration on the occipital area due to fall. It bleeds but the nurse in ER give instructions to go to OPD. It was stitched thankfully, but later in the morning we decided to do a CT scan for her because of some warning signs of head injury (head ache even though she has pain meds, nausea, and dizziness) we decided to bring her back to ER because of that but I don’t know what kind of triaging they’re following, they just give an OPD request for CT scan for my sister without assessment or taking vital signs. If I could only put a picture how deep it was. I just want to express my disappointment and my dissatisfaction with the level of service we experienced at your hospital. As a relative who entrusts our health and well being to your facility, I expected the standard of care that, unfortunately, was not met.
As a student nurse, I was disappointed with the system inside the hospital. We were taught to become independent and not rely everything to the doctors when carrying out nursing interventions. However, nurses in this hospital don’t even know how to carry out basic independent nursing interventions such as positioning the patient with hypertension to a Trendelenberg position. Also, I have noticed that delays happened due to nurses in the ward just gossiping, and not time-conscious about checking on their patients (I have to go to the ward just to remind them🥲) other healthcare workers are being delayed in carrying out interventions as well. Overall I would not recommend this hospital to get the patient admitted (their emergency buzzer doesn't even work lmao).
If there is zero star, I would rate it zero. Opd will treat you depending on your outside appearance. Will need to wait for the doctor to arrive at 10am just to be referred to another doctor outside the hospital while info was relayed to the doctor beforehand and the reception was the one who will write the referral not the doctor. Worst experience, even worst than public hospital that I have been to. Drs and nurses in public will treat you with an attitude if you are uncooperative, but here? If you dressed bad, attitude all the way. Worst
We have choosen to use the services of this hospital but unfortunately the services from other department is unacceptable. Billing department- we have been discharge by the doctor at 11:30 but we were not able to leave untill 3:00. I went down to the billing department and check why so long. Everyone was just sitting there talking personal stories while our discharge papers is ready but sitting there not informing us that it was ready. If i did not check it probably we wont be able to leave until later. And the cashier is soooo mean. Hindi yata kuntento sa salary nila kaya kanyan ang attitude nila. Very disappointing.
They do not release med records for outpatient.i spoke to their head and she keeps on ististing that it is the law of All hospitals not to provide med records for out patient.i badly need those rexords for my sss reimbursement but unfortunatelly they cant provide it so thank you nlng ang 1 month sick leave ko.fpr some reason why i ask for it because their physician provided me a med cert and i flied it of course on my sss form.since they gave me that records, sss wwas now asking for my med record and sadly they did not release it.so what the use of those records then? You only keep it for what?
Saw videos of a friend's room while he was admitted for pneumonia: no bed sheets, no towels, no toilet seat. Wow.
Service with a smile.
